How It Happened

After a scoreless first, Clark took a 1-0 lead in the top of the second on a Casabianca ground out that scored Hollinrake.

The Bucs were unable to answer in the bottom of the second but after sitting down Clark in the top of the third the Bucs got the Run back on Sylvia's first career home run to left field to tie the game at 1-1.

It was the calm before the storm in the middle innings as there were all goose eggs on the scoreboard in the fourth and fifth. In the sixth, Clark scored four to open the game up. Mooney Singled to center to bring in two runs and Doran homered to score himself and Mooney to make it 5-1 Clark after five and a half. In the bottom of the sixth, the Bucs got one back on a Leslie sacrifice fly to right, scoring Velzis from third.

From there, it was all Bucs as they plated two in the bottom of the seventh on an Aten single that scored Sylvia and Estrada. Then, in the bottom of the eighth Sylvia singled to score John Tropea and Conor Coulter to take their first lead of the game. Aten followed that up with his first home run to score three and make it 9-5.

Brenden Baiardi came in in the ninth in a non save situation and retired the side to finalize the comeback as the Bucs won, 9-5.
