Patane Named MASCAC Player of the Week
WESTFIELD, Mass -- The MASCAC announced their weekly awards for softball on Monday afternoon and Buccaneers 3rd baseman Ab'c'de Patane has been selected as this week's Conference Player of the Week!
Patane Batted .826 (19-23) with five doubles, a triple, a home run, 11 runs scored, 13 RBI, a .826 on-base percentage and 1.261 slugging percentage in a 6-0 week for the Buccaneers.
She went 6-for-8 with a double, home run, six RBI and three runs in the double-header sweep of Dean College and was 6-for-7 with a double, triple, four runs and five RBI in a doubleheader sweep of Fisher College. Ab'c'de ended the week 7-for-8 with three doubles, three RBI and three runs scored in the doubleheader sweep of Bay Path.
The Bucs are back home on Wednesday to take on Curry College at Rollins Field at 4 & 6pm.
