How It Happened

The game remained scoreless for the first 2.1 innings with Donlan keeping a no-hitter going through 2.1. In the bottom of the third, Creon walked with the bases loaded to bring in the first run. That was followed by an Ellis walk to bring in the second, then a Horecki free pass to make it 3-0 Brits. Jozefczyk then singled to left center to bring in the fourth run of the inning.

The would be all the runs the Britons were able to muster in the game. The Bucs, needed a comeback, were able to pick up a run in the fourth when Ostromecki reached on an error allowing Lane to score. Then, in the seventh, Biondo singled to right center which brought in Ostromecki to score on another Albion error.

The Bucs were unable to bring in any other runs in the seventh and fell to the Brits, 4-2.
