CHESTNUT HILL, Mass -- The Buccaneers sailing team traveled to Boston College on Saturday to participate in the Savin Hill Invite. With 16 teams in the field, Maritime finished 14th overall.

Host Boston College compiled 27 points over eight events to take first place. Yale and Brown occupied the second and third place spots with 29 and 50 points respectively. 

Maritime finished with 92 points. In the eight events they picked up one top 10 finish. Their 94 points was good for 14th place, 10 points ahead of Florida Institute of Technology in 15th and Harvard with 118 points in 16th. The Bucs finished 19 points behind Tufts and Salve who finished in a virtual tie for 12th with 75 points.
