Sailing: Maritime Struggles at Hatch Brown Trophy

CAMBRIDGE, Mass -- The Buccaneers took part in the Hatch Brown Trophy hosted by MIT on Saturday. The morning racing was in light and shifty winds from the ESE with large lulls and some shifts to the south. The winds settled in the afternoon and gave the teams great racing conditions to complete the maximum 10 races allowed by NEISA regulations.

Yale finished first with 156 points with Dartmouth College finishing second and Harvard finishing third. Host MIT finished fourth. In a field of 18 boats, the Bucs finished 17th with 460 points, 11 points ahead of Fairfield University in 18th.
