BOURNE, Mass. --  The Massachusetts Maritime dinghy sailing team hosted the Admiral Alymer’s Trophy regatta on Saturday at the Keith Hartford Sailing Center, and the Buccaneers recorded a pair of top 12 finishes in the overall competition that featured a variation in winds throughout the day.

Juniors Andrew Morgan (Jupiter, Fla.) and Matthew Ferlotti (Fairfax, Va.), sophomore Karl Ryder (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) and freshman George Luber (North Reddington Beach, Fla.) placed 11^th overall on the day, while the quartet of sophomore Rob Queisser (Carmel, Ind.) and freshmen Joseph Dragon (Glen Arm, Md.), Pieter Van Der Zee (Atlantic Beach, Fla.) and Aoife Callinan (West Falmouth, Mass.) finished 12^th in the competition.

Massachusetts Maritime returns to action next weekend by competing at the Yale Short Beach Invitational, the Boston College Savin Hill Invitational and the MIT Oberg Trophy.
