WESTFIELD, Mass -- Tuesday afternoon, the MASCAC announced their 2022 Women's Soccer All-Conference Teams. Representing the Bucs on the Second Team is Buccaneers women's soccer sophomore defender Taylor Blanton!

Blanton scored one goal this season, the first of her career and a game winner against Eastern Nazarene. She is one of the top eight defenders in the MASCAC for her speed, off-ball movement, ability to run down offensive opponents and clear the ball from danger. She is part of a Buccaneers defense that posted a program best defensive record allowing 19 goals in 14 games, beating the previous mark of 33 goals in 15 games in 2015.
