How it Happened

On a cool, humid, foggy night on Taylor's Point, the Buccaneers and Falcons took to the field at Clean Harbors Stadium, both teams chomping at the bit to get three points in conference to open the MASCAC schedule. There were a combined 28 shots in the game, 13 on target, a number that hit the cross bar or were deflected away by defenders and still, neither team could find the back of the net. With the two keepers playing outstanding games and a physical game being playing in the outfield, the teams played to a nil-nil draw. With the draw, the Bucs improve to 1-1-1 on the season while the Falcons move to 0-4-1.

What's Next

The Buccaneers play their next game on Wednesday night at 6 PM as they travel to Rhode Island College for a non-conference match. Fitchburg State will play a non-conference match on Tuesday at 7 PM when they travel to New England College.
