NEW LONDON, CT -- Women's Track & Field picked up a number of top 20 finishes in the Silfen Invitational at Connecticut College on Saturday.

In the 4x800 meter relay, the second time the Bucs have competed in the event, the relay team of Alyssa Grieco, Lily Hakkarainen, Gabrielle Giammasi, and Evangeline Gosselin set the new program record at 11:26.26, finishing fifth overall.

In a large field, Cam Boyce finished 25th in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 14:27.91.

Grieco finished 20th in the 100 meter hurdles with a finishing time of 17.86 seconds. 

The Bucs are back in Connecticut next weekend for the Eastern Invitational at Eastern Connecticut.
