The 2015 Massachusetts Maritime baseball season will mark the 43^rd and final campaign in the illustrious career of Head Coach Bob Corradi, and the Buccaneers will look to send out their leader in grand style by tackling a 36-game regular season slate that includes 24 contests to be played in the friendly confines of Commodore Hendy Field.

Corradi’s crew takes the diamond for the first time this spring on Thursday, February 26^th when Massachusetts Maritime faces rival SUNY-Maritime in a non-league doubleheader that will be played in Fort Pierce, Fla. beginning at 1:00 p.m. EST.  The Buccaneers will play five games in the Sunshine State, including a single contest with Lebanon Valley and a twinbill against Kenyon, before returning home to begin their Northern slate on Saturday, March 14^th against Johnson & Wales.

Massachusetts Maritime, which posted its highest single-season victory total in six years last spring with 15 triumphs, will tangle with Johnson & Wales, Rivier, Becker, Thomas, Gordon, Clark, Babson, Coast Guard, Newbury, Wentworth and Emerson in non-league action on Taylor’s Point, and the Buccaneers will host Fitchburg State, Salem State, Bridgewater State and Framingham State in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference home play.

Outside of the February trip to Florida, Corradi’s squad will only leave Cape Cod on seven occasions during the regular season, as Massachusetts Maritime ventures to Tufts for a non-league outing before traveling to Worcester State, MCLA and Westfield State in MASCAC action.

Corradi’s final regular season home contest will take place on Sunday, April 26^th when MCLA makes a special non-league trip to Commodore Hendy Field for a 2:00 p.m. EST start.  The veteran mentor heads into his final collegiate campaign with 562 career victories.
