Sailing Finished Fourth and Eighth at O'Toole Trophy

WAKEFIELD, R.I. -- Buccaneer sailing headed to the University of Rhode Island on Saturday for the O'Tool Trophy. In a field of 11, the Bucs two boats finished fourth and eigth.

The Buccaneers one boat picked up 60 points on the day with three heat wins and five second place finishes. The boat only finished outside of the top five in four of the 16 heats. They finished one point behind the Tufts second boat and were 12 points better than Salve Regina.

The Buccaneers two boat finished with 125 points, one points ahead of Fairfield University in ninth. The Bus tow boat picked up two top five finishes on the day.

Overall, host URI won the O'Tool Trophy with 49 points. Tufts two boats finished second and third. The Bucs one boat finished ahead of Salve, Brown and Bate. The two boat finished ahead of Fairfield, the University of Vermont, and UNH.
