MEDFORD, MA -- On Easter Sunday, Maritime Sailing took part in the Central Series Four regatta hosted by Tufts University. In a field of 16 teams the Buccaneers finished in 12th, winning a tie beaker with Middlebury College.

The Bucs had a total of 115 points, 77 in the A Division and 38 in the B Division. They tallied two top ten placements in two of the 10 events on the day. 

While the team tied with Middlebury, they and the Panthers finished 11 points ahead of WPI. They finished eight points behind 11th place finishers, Harvard.

Taking first place was Salve Regina's second boat. MIT finished in second, Salve's one boar finished third. Northeastern and Brown rounded out the top five. 

The Buccaneers will be back on the water next weekend with a host of events in multiple locations.
