Buccaneers Lose to Rams in MASCAC First Round
FRAMINGHAM, Mass -- Tuesday night, the Buccaneers volleyball team made program history playing in the MASCAC Playoffs for the first time since qualifying for the tournament became part of the conference structure. It was their first playoff appearance since 1996. The Bucs went up against the #3 seed Frmaingham State Rams who they had take na set from in the regular season. This time the Rams took all three sets beating Maritime 3-0 to advance to the Conference Semi-Finals.

Maritime
- Freshman Alanys Torres tallied a team-high seven kills in the match. Gemma Geisler, Shayla Narodowg, and Chloe Johnson each had four kills. Hailey Rumlow added three kills for the Bucs.
- Narodowg led the team with 18 assists on the night.
- Audrey Manning was the team and match leader in service aces with three and led the team defensively with 11 digs.
- At the net, Johnson had two solo blocks in the match and Maliah Servino and Geisler combined for another block.
Framingham
- Natalie Reynolds led all playrs with 13 kills in the win. Hope Verhoeven added 11 for the Rams.
- Stella Bailey had a match-high 40 assists in the match.
- Annelo DiVirgilio tied the match-high with three aces.
- Madysen Cedrone had 13 digs defensively and DiVirgilio had 12.
- At the net, Jamison Moniz and Emma Dobbins combined for a block.
The Buccaneers season comes to an end after winning a program-best two conference matches over Fitchburg and Salem State and having made the conference playoffs.
