WORCESTER, Mass -- The Buccaneers played a late-season weekend non-conference mtch against WPI on Saturday and fell in straight sets to the Engineers, 3-0. In the match, with five blocks, junior Chloe Johnson broke the program record for blocks on her second block when she reached 89, she now holds the record set at 92.

• Gemma Geisler led the Bucs on offense with five kills. Alanys Torres added four.
• Shayla Narodowg tallied a match-high 14 assists in the match and had the only service ace for the Bucs.
• Defensively, Audrey Manning led the team and the match with 11 digs. 
• At the net, Johnson tallied a solo block and four assists as she broke the Bucs program record for total blocks. 

WPI

• Lily Eldridge and Fiona Gillis each had eight kills to lead the match.
• Eldridge also led the Engineers with 12 assists.
• Emily Hudson was the match leader in aces with five.
• Defensively, Emilia Krum had a match-high tying 11 digs. Alana Harris added 10.
• At the net, Hudson had three total blocks.

The Buccaneers are back home on Tuesday, November 5th to take on Regis College at 7pm. It will also be senior night for Audrey Manning and Marlo Stark.
