Some notable accomplishments and performances from the college football weekend, by the numbers:

0: Rushing touchdowns allowed this season by Towson of the FCS. The Tigers gave up just 2 yards on the ground Saturday in a 31-17 win at North Carolina Central that moved them to 4-0 for the first time since 1986.

1: Scoring drive of more than two minutes, out of 25 overall, for Baylor this season. The Bears' offense averaged 55.6 seconds on eight TD drives Saturday in a 70-7 win against Louisiana-Monroe. Baylor's defense contributed the other two TDs.

2: Career interceptions by Maryland's A.J. Hendy — both of which he has returned for TDs. He took one 28 yards to the end zone Saturday in a 37-0 win against West Virginia. His other pick-six was a 32-yarder in 2011 against N.C. State.

2: Mississippi State players who accounted for TDs rushing, receiving and passing in a 62-7 win against Troy. QB Dak Prescott scored on a 36-yard reception, runs of 22 and 11 yards, and had a 50-yard scoring pass. Prescott was on the receiving end of junior WR Jameon Lewis' TD pass in the second quarter. Lewis was the receiver for Prescott's 50-yard TD toss and scored on an 8-yard run.

3: Touchdowns this season on just eight catches for New Haven (Conn.) TE Michael Flacco, brother of Baltimore Ravens QB Joe Flacco. Michael Flacco had four catches, one for a TD, Friday in a 70-26 win at St. Anselm (N.H.). He landed at Division II New Haven after four seasons playing minor league baseball.

3: Players in Big Ten history with two punt-return TDs in the same game. Iowa's Kevonte Martin-Manley became the third Saturday in a 59-3 win against Western Michigan. He joins Earl Girard of Wisconsin in 1947 and Garcia Lane of Ohio State in 1983.

4: Touchdowns accounted for by Division III Massachusetts Maritime QB John Trudel, three passing and one rushing, despite only 50 yards of total offense in a 52-18 win at Maine Maritime. Trudel also averaged 44.5 yards on two punts.

9: Interceptions this season for Missouri, matching its total of all of 2012. The Tigers got three, including a momentum-changing 49-yard TD return by DE Kony Ealy in the second quarter, in a 45-28 win at Indiana.

11: Consecutive games with a TD catch for Fresno State's Davante Adams. He had a scoring grab in the third quarter of the Bulldogs' 41-40 win Friday against Boise State. The FBS record is 18 in a row, by Pitt's Larry Fitzgerald spanning the 2002 and '03 seasons. Bulldogs QB Derek Carr has a TD pass in 22 consecutive games.

13: Sacks by Division II Johnson C. Smith (N.C.) in a 35-22 win against Davidson of the FCS. Jovont Williams led the way with four. The Golden Bulls racked up 93 yards in losses on those sacks and allowed minus 7 yards rushing.

14: Consecutive regular-season games in which Division II Henderson State (Ark.) had not trailed in the second half before Southeastern Oklahoma State's Logan Russell returned an interception 100 yards in the third quarter to give the host Savage Storm a 28-24 edge. Ninth-ranked Henderson State (3-0) rallied, however, for a 44-35 victory.

26: Consecutive successful field goal attempts by Tulane's Cairo Santos before having a 32-yarder in the second quarter Saturday blocked by Syracuse's John Raymon in a 52-17 loss to the Orange. Santos' string fell four short of the FBS record set by Chuck Nelson of Washington in 1982-83.

Redshirt freshman Matthew Wyman celebrates by far the biggest kick of his fledgling Kansas career, a 52-yarder at the gun to nip Louisiana Tech.

42: Games since Kansas made a field goal of at least 50 yards before redshirt freshman Matthew Wyman connected from 52 yards as time expired to beat Louisiana Tech 13-10. KU had not beaten an FBS team since edging Northern Illinois 45-42 on Sept. 10, 2011, a span of 22 games.

85: Career TD passes by Eastern Illinois' Jimmy Garoppolo, tying the school record first set by current Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo. Garoppolo had six TD passes Saturday for the FCS Panthers while going 34-for-49 for 450 yards in a 43-39 loss at Northern Illinois of the FBS. Earlier in the season, Garoppolo set the school career completions mark, wiping out the record held by New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton.

93.5: Completion percentage, a Division III record (minimum 20 completions) for a game, for senior Kyle Boden of Emory & Henry (Va.) in a 61-22 win at Methodist (N.C.). Boden was 29-for-31 for 382 yards and five TDs.

511: Yards of total offense, a school record and the second-best total in FBS this season, by Wyoming QB Brett Smith in a 56-23 win at Air Force. Smith was 35-for-41 for 373 yards and 4 TDs passing, and ran for 138 yards and a TD on 16 carries. Smith also set a school career record for TD passes with 60.
