Women's Lacrosse Hosts Inaugural High School Team Play Date Event At Clean Harbors Stadium
The Massachusetts Maritime women’s lacrosse team hosted its inaugural High School Play Date Clinic on Saturday, March 25th at Clean Harbors Stadium, as Buccaneer Head Coach Marc Palombo and his staff welcomed five teams for the region for pre-season scrimmages.
Teams from Saint John Paul II, Brockton, Dennis-Yarmouth, Falmouth and Bishop Stang took part in the event, which also included an officials’ clinic. The scrimmages helped kick off the spring high school sports calendar in the region.
“The clinic was a great success, and I want to thank the student-athletes and coaches from the five schools that participated,” Palombo said. “We look forward to welcoming more teams to campus next year to help showcase the incredible opportunities that the Academy provides both athletically and academically.”
