McNeill Named To Inaugural NEWMAC Men's Lacrosse All-Sportsmanship Team

Massachusetts Maritime senior midfielder Ryan McNeill was named to the inaugural New England Women’s & Men’s Athletic Conference Men’s Lacrosse all-sportsmanship team that was announced by the league office earlier today.

New to the conference this year, the award is intended to recognize one student-athlete from each team in every sport that best demonstrates the ideals of the NEWMAC and its Code of Conduct, regardless of his/her overall performance or statistics for the season.

A native of Burlington, Mass. and a graduate of Burlington High School, McNeill served as a co-captain for Head Coach Rory Deegan’s Buccaneers this spring.  He ranked third on the team scoring list with 14 goals and 10 assists for 24 points in 2017, and in 61 career outings Ryan collected 44 goals and 36 assists for 80 points as both an attacker and midfielder.
