Buccaneer baseball may have finished for the year, but the Academy's Hendy Field has not seen its last post-season game of the year. MMA will host the MIAA Division III South Semi-Final between local high schools Dennis-Yarmouth and Falmouth on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Parking is available on-site.

Commodore William R. Hendy Field was re-opened on April 28 with a pre-game ceremony that celebrated the history of baseball at the Academy and the development of Hendy Field as the home of Buccaneer baseball. The diamond's history already includes three conference championships by MMA and was the home of the Cape Cod League's Bourne Braves for a decade. Now featuring a new all-turf surface, Hendy Field is poised to play an even more significant role in south-eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod baseball as it begins a new chapter.
