BUZZARDS BAY, Mass -- Last week, the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association announced their 2022 Scholar Athlete Awards. Representing the Bucs on the team is sophomore Mariana Gubert. An Emergency management major from Newton, MA, Gubert excelled on the water and in the classroom this season for the Bucs.

Mariana was an integral part of the Buccaneers success on the water in the 2021-2022 season and posted high marks in the classroom to earn herself a spot on the CRCA's Scholar Athlete team. She is among 1155 student-athletes to be named CRCA Scholar Athlete acorss all three Divisions of NCAA Rowing.
