METHUEN, MA -- On Sunday morning, the Buccaneer women's rowing team took on Merrimack College in the Merrimack Scrimmage on the Merrimack River in Methuen. 

In the 2000 meter event, on a beautiful day in the Merrmiack Vally, the Bucs, coxswained by Maura Odell with senior captain Colleen Weir in the stroke seat, the team finished 15 second behind their hosts with a final time of 7:10. Also in the boat was captain Meghan Reilly, Nikki Awalt, and Mariana Gubert. 

The Bucs travel to Lowell, MA on Saturday to take on UMass Lowell, Coast Guard and Colby College.
