WESTFIELD, Mass -- The Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference announced their weekly awards Monday afternoon and Buccaneers freshman forward Brody Calvert has been named conference Rookie of the Week.

Calvert scored his fifth and six goals of the season on Friday night in the Buccaneers 3-3 draw with MCLA. He scored both of his goals in the second half in the 58th and 71st minutes erasing a 3-1 deficit helping the Bucs earn a point from their conference matchup with the Trailblazers. Calvert took a total of 10 shots in the match with three on target inclduing the two goals.
