Massachusetts Maritime is set to begin its fifth varsity women’s soccer campaign in early September, as second year Head Coach Ray Cabral welcomes back eight letterwinners into the fold in preparing for a 14-match regular season schedule this fall.

The Buccaneers open their 2012 slate on Wednesday, September 5^th with a non-league contest at Becker that begins at 4:00 p.m. EDT, and Massachusetts Maritime will play its home lid-lifter on Wednesday, September 12^th by hosting Regis for a non-conference clash at Clean Harbors Stadium beginning at 7:00 p.m. EDT.  Cabral’s crew will also host Coast Guard and Wheelock in home non-league action while venturing to Lesley, Pine Manor and Curry for additional non-conference competition.

The Buccaneers will open MASCAC play on Saturday, September 15^th at Westfield State, as Massachusetts Maritime will host MCLA, Worcester State and Bridgewater State along the banks of the Cape Cod Canal during the fall while also heading to Fitchburg State, Salem State and Framingham State for league road tilts.
