Massachusetts Maritime posted a strong fourth place showing at the prestigious McMillian Cup Regatta at the United States Naval Academy last weekend in Annapolis, Md., as the Buccaneers of Director of Sailing Chuck Fontaine ended the competition with a first place performance in the final race. 

Massachusetts Maritime was represented by senior Kevin Denien (Rockland, Mass.), juniors Rob Gallagher (Sandwich, Mass.), Devin Tetzlaff (Forestdale, Mass.) and Philip Scott (Pocasset, Mass.) as well as sophomores Patrick Morrissey (Quincy, Mass.) and Graham Philpot (Laconia, N.H.). 

The Buccaneers will compete this weekend in the MIT Erwin Schell Trophy, the Boston University Nickerson Trophy and the New Hampshire Underdog Trophy.
