Massachusetts Maritime hosted the Great Herring Pond Open over the weekend in Bourne, as the tandem of freshmen William Simon (Kennett Square, Pa.) and Leo Connolly (Duxbury, Mass.) placed 10th overall in their dvision for the competition with a score of 71 points. 

Juniors Rob Gallagher (Sandwich, Mass.) and Devin Teztlaff (Forestdale, Mass.) combined for a 15th place finish in the upper division for Director of Sailing Chuck Fontaine's Buccaneers with a score of 101 points. 

Massachusetts Maritime will compete this weekend at the Navy MacMillian Cup, the MIT Oberg Trophy and the Southern Maine Wellahan Trophy.
