
Deveau Saves Point for Bucs in Draw with Raiders
NASHUA, N.H. -- The Buccaneers and Raiders played to a scoreless draw in the first 45 minutes of their non-conference clash on Tuesday evening. In the second half, the Raiders took a lead four minutes into the half. 10 minute later, the Buccaneers equalized and held on for the 1-1 draw with Rivier.

How It Happened
The teams took a combined 10 shots in the first half, seven of which were taken by Rivier. Neither team was able to find the back of the net on the two shots they each had on target in the half.
In the second half, Harper found the back of the net to break the scoreless draw in the 49th minute, giving her team a 1-0 advantage. The Buccaneers weren't out of it though as they scored their first goal of the 2024 season less than 10 minutes later. In the 58th minute, Deveau scored her first from Deschamps to tie the match at 1-1. Rivier took 12 total shots in the second half but could not get the ball past Kerecz who stood on her head to help the Buccaneers earn a point in the 1-1 draw.

The Buccaneers are back home on Saturday for a non-conference meeting with UMass Dartmouth at Clean Harbors Stadium at 2pm.
