NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass -- Women's Cross country began their season on Saturday at UMass Dartmouth for the UMass Dartmouth Invitational. Alyssa Grieco was the top finisher for the Bucs in 251st place in a field of nearly 300 runners. 

Grieco finished with a time of 24:03.10. Not far behind was Gabby Giammasi in 255th with a time of 24:29.07. Chloe Arnold finished third for the Bucs with a time of 25:26.79 in 266th. Right behind her in 267th was Madison Clogher with a time of 25:27.41.

The Buccaneers are home for their next race on Saturday, September 24th when they host the Annual Travis J. Fuller Invitational.
