BUZZARDS BAY, Mass -- Friday morning, Noontime Sports, a Boston based sports news outlet covering all things New England college football and more announced their 2022 D3 Football All-New England Teams with two Buccaneers represented.

Named to the first team defense is Buccaneer senior Defensive End Hugh Wells. Wells made 57 tackles to lead the team this season while also leading the MASCAC in sacks with 10 and tackles for loss with 20. He added a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, an interception, four pass break ups and a blocked field goal to his stat line.

Selected to the second team is Bucs junior punter Jack Mulligan. Mulligan punted 52 times this season for an average of 41.8 yards per punt with a MASCAC leading 19 of those punts inside the opponent's 20 yard line.

Both were recently named to the MASCAC All-Conference teams with Wells being voted on to the All-MASCAC First Team Defense and Mulligan being named to the All-MASCAC Second Team Defense.
