BUZZARDS BAY, Mass -- On Tuesday afternoon, D3Football.com released their Team of the Week and the Buccaneers are well represented with two players being named to the National team. Presented by Scoutware, this is the 24th season of the D3Football.com Team of The Week which recognizes the top performances at each position from the previous week of games. Each player is nominated by their school and selected by the D3Football.com selection committee.

Representing the Bucs on the team are junior wide receiver Andrew Brightman and senior defensive end Hugh Wells. 

Brightman had a career day against the Falcons catching nine balls for a career-high 210 yards and three touchdowns. He hauled in a 40-yard score, his second in as many weeks, and a 75-yard score on a screen pass. 

Wells tallied six tackles to lead the Bucs defensively in the game. He had three solo tackles and three assists while also compiling 2.5 tackles for loss in the victory.
