Llewellyn Named to All-MASCAC First Team
WESTFIELD, Mass -- Wednesday afternoon, the MASCAC released the 2023 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference Teams. Buccaneer junior midfielder Cassie Llewellyn has earned herself a spot on the First Team for her outstanding performance on the field this season.
Llewellyn scored 52 goals this season, second most in a single season in program history, she recorded 17 assists and totaled 69 points. Cassie scored 14 free position goals, picked up 75 ground balls, won 83 draw controls and caused 27 turnovers on defense.
This is Llewellyn's first time on a MASCAC All-Conference team. She is the second Buccaneer to earn a spot on the MASCAC First Team in as many years joining Alyssa DiScipio who was named to the team in 2022.
