Women's Lacrosse Prepares For 14-Match Campaign In Search Of Second Straight Postseason Berth
After earning a post-season berth in just its second varsity campaign last spring, the Massachusetts Maritime women’s lacrosse team is looking to continue that success under second year Head Coach Leslie Bullis in 2014, as the Buccaneers will embark on a 14-match regular season schedule in mid-March.
Massachusetts Maritime begins its slate on Saturday, March 15th when Bullis’s crew hosts Wentworth in a non-league encounter at Clean Harbors Stadium beginning at 6:00 p.m. EDT. The Buccaneers will also host Salem State, Worcester State and Westfield State in MASCAC action while also entertaining Becker, Bay Path and Mitchell in non-conference play.
Massachusetts Maritime’s seven-match road schedule includes MASCAC visits to Framingham State, Fitchburg State and Bridgewater State as well as non-league clashes at Nichols, Daniel Webster, Wheelock and Elms.
