Raynham — Raynham residents and former
Bridgewater-Raynham High School football standouts, Donnie
Sheridan and Josh Bevilacqua, have become
solid contributors to Mass Maritime Academy’s (4-2)
successful football season. Sheridan, a sophomore has started all
six games at defensive line for the Buccaneers. Bevilacqua, also a
sophomore, has moved into a starting role on the offensive
line.
Both Sheridan and Bevilacqua helped the Buccaneers in their most recent 19-7 win over Fitchburg State. Head Coach Jeremy Cameron had high praise for his two linemen. “They come from a great program at B-R, with outstanding coaching, which made their transition much quicker and smoother. They both have been solid contributors to our teams success.”
Cameron continued, “Donnie and Josh have great physical presence and strength. The experience they have gained in a short period of time will greatly enhance the continued progress of Buccaneer football.”
