Buzzards Bay, Mass -- On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Monday January 21st, 2019, the Massachusetts Maritime Academy women's lacrosse team will be holding their Third annual Girl's Lacrosse Clinic for girls in 3rd-8th grade that are interested in improving their skills with the help of the Buccaneers coaching staff and players, including head coach and Massachusetts Maritime Academy Hall of Famer Marc Palombo.

The clinic will begin at 9am, with registration at 8:30am, and will run until 12pm. all activities will take place at Clean Harbors Stadium on the campus of Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Below is a full itinerary of the day. 

0830-0900: Registration

0900-0945: Introductions, Stretching, Warm-Up

0945-1000: Stick-Check / Fundamentals

1000-1030: Partner Passing & Competition

1030-1045: Water and Snack Break

1045-1115: Station Work (Defense, Shooting, Dodging, Goalies)

1115-1200: Fundamentals Challenge & Scrimmage

Optional:

1200-1230: Tour of Massachusetts Maritime gym & Q&A with Coaches and Players
