ASHLAND, Mass -- Maritime women's cross country ran in the Rams Invitational on Saturday morning at the Warren Center in Ashland, Ma in a meet hosted by Framingham State. The Bucs picked up three top 10 finishes to claim second place in the meet with 41 points.

Marnay Acri-Burns, who won the Maritime hosted Travis Fuller Invitational last week, was the top finisher for the Bucs in fourth place with a time of 24:41.88. Two spots behind Acri-Burns in sixth was Lorelei Lee finishing the 5k course in 24:48.62. In eighth place in the race was Buccaneers freshman Grace Condinho with a finishing time of 24:58.38. Maritime also had points scorers, the top five finishers for the team, in 11th and 12th to help the team to their second place finish.

The Bucs are at Westfield State next weekend for the James Earley Invitational hosted by the Owls.
