BUZZARDS BAY, Mass -- The Buccaneers hosted the 18th annual Travis Fuller Invitational on Friday afternoon at Buzzards Bay Park. The men's team picked up three top 10 finishers to earn second place in the meet.

Freshman Spencer Reese was the top finisher for the Bucs in the race in fourth place behind three strong runners from Nichols College. Reese finished the race with a time of 28:56.2 and a mile split of 5:49. 

Cole Guiliani finished in eighth for the Buccaneers at 31:27.9 and senior Matthew Pigott finished ninth at 31:36.0 to help the Bucs to their second consecutive second place finish in the race.

The Buccaneers are in Boston on September 30th for their next meet, the Rams Invitational, hosted by Suffolk University at Franklin Park.
