The Massachusetts Maritime volleyball team will once again participate in The Side Out Foundation’s “Dig Pink” initiative to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research on Thursday evening when the Buccaneers host Wentworth in their final regular season home match at the Clean Harbors Athletic Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. EDT.

Items ranging from wristbands, key chains, shirts and other apparel will be on sale in the lobby area of the Clean Harbors Athletic Center during the Senior Night match, and all proceeds raised will be donated directly to the on-going fight against breast cancer.  Cancer has undoubtedly affected the lives of so many on our campus, and the Buccaneers are proud to dedicate their on-going efforts in honor of Massachusetts Maritime Academy Professor Karen Arnold, who is courageously battling the disease.
