Men's Rowing Finishes Fall Season at Princeton
PRINCETON, N.J. -- The Buccaneers men's rowing team finished their fall 2022 season on Sunday at the Princeton Three-Mile Chase in New Jersey with two eight-man boats entered in the Men's Heavyweight Eights race. In a large field of 41 boats the Bucs finished in 39th and 41st.
The Bucs A boat finished in 16:32.501, nearly two minutes ahead of the Princeton F boat. The final time for the A boat was the best finishing time for a MMA boat this season. The Maritime B boat finished with a time of 18:48.291 in 41st.
At the top of the standings Syracuse won the event with Princeton's A boat finishing second and Wisconsin's A boat finishing third.
The Buccaneers will pick up their season in the spring of 2023.
