Westfield, Mass -- Thursday afternoon the MASCAC released their 2022 Softball Preseason Poll. The Buccaneers were selected to finish 8th by the coaches of the conference, outside of the playoff spots in the conference.

The young Buccaneer team will take on a competitive MASCAC field in 2022 and play their first conference game since 2019 when they take on Framingham State on April 2nd. 

Top open the season, the team is traveling to Myrtle Beach, S.C. where they will open their season against NVU-Lyndon on Friday, February 25th. This is the first time the team has traveled south for a Spring training trip in the history of the program.
