Edgartown, Mass -- On June 25th and 26th, the Buccaneers sailing team took part in the 2022 Edgartown Around the Island Race from the Cape to Martha's Vineyard.

Unfortunately, with low wind and mechanical issues, the team was unable to finished the race. In the words of Director of Sailing and Off-Shore Head Coach Twice Tougas "The seven cadets that participated i nthe race were in high sirits, even after facing adversity, and were able to enjoy themselves while representing the Academy well and working hard."

The Bucs Summer sailing schedule has concluded. The team will begin their 2022-2023 season in September.
