Prior to each season of competition, all Massachusetts Maritime student-athletes are required to complete both the Sports Information Student-Athlete Questionnaire as well as to review and complete a copy of the Department of Athletics Social Media Policy form. BOTH FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.  Links to each document are listed below:
