Men's Lacrosse Looks To Enjoy Home Cookin' During 15-Match Regular Season Slate

The Massachusetts Maritime men’s lacrosse team will have plenty of home cookin’ for the 2014 season, as the Buccaneers of Head Coach Rory Deegan will play 11 of their 15 regular season matches in the friendly confines of Clean Harbors Stadium in their inaugural campaign as an affiliate member of the New England Women’s & Men’s Athletic Conference.

Massachusetts Maritime begins Deegan’s fourth year at the helm on Saturday, March 8th with a home non-league clash against Albertus Magnus at 2:00 p.m. EST, and after a trip to Castine, Maine for the Maritime Cup Classic against host Maine Maritime and SUNY-Maritime, the Buccaneers return to the Cape on Tuesday, March 18th to begin a month-long 10-match homestand that features NEWMAC clashes with Babson, Emerson, Springfield and Wheaton as well as non-league encounters with Plymouth State, Wentworth, Anna Maria, Salem State, Regis and UMass Dartmouth.  Deegan’s crew closes out the regular season slate with NEWMAC matches at Clark and MIT.
