Coach Greg Perry has been the head men’s soccer coach at Massachusetts Maritime since 1993, establishing himself as a cornerstone of the program and shattering the school record for career wins. Under his leadership, the Buccaneers have enjoyed numerous successful campaigns, including a 4-2-1 league record in 2014 that ended with a semifinal loss to the eventual conference champion, Fitchburg State, and the program’s first postseason victory in 2013, with a MASCAC quarterfinal win over Salem State.

Perry has been named MASCAC Coach of the Year three times, most recently in 2013. In 2022, he was honored by the Eastern Massachusetts Soccer Coaches Association as College Coach of the Year for his longevity and success.

A 1989 graduate of Westfield State, Perry was a four-year letterwinner for the Owls after a standout career at Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School. Over his tenure, he has coached 59 all-conference selections, including NSCAA All-America honoree and Buccaneer Hall of Famer Brendan Duggan ’06. He has also guided standout players such as:
