Bio
Tom Duggan was a star fullback. Duggan was known for his superb blocking ability, as well as his running and receiving out of the backfield. Following a brief merchant marine career, Duggan returned to his alma mater and served as a company officer in the Student Services Division of the academy for over 20 years.
