Will serve as Buccaneer team captain this fall...Has been consistent performer throughout career...Placed 26th individually at last year’s Travis Fuller Invitational in leading team to third place finish...Finished 24th individually at 2014 Travis Fuller Invitational and placed 11th at Pine Manor Invitational as a freshman...Also starting catcher and team co-captain on Bucs’ softball squad, helping lead team to highest single-season win totals in over a decade in each of the last two campaigns...Member of Buccaneer Student-Athlete Advisory Committee...Emergency Management major...Daughter of Andrew and Kathleen Murphy...Youngest of three siblings...Two-sport standout at Ursuline Academy, where she received coach’s and most improved awards in cross country and softball and was team MVP on the diamond during senior campaign...Ran the Boston Marathon last spring with her brother AJ (a former crew standout at the Academy) to raise funds for the American Cancer Society in honor of her late mother.
