BOSTON, Mass.-- Freshman Julie Bruton (Montgomery, Tex.) notched 10 kills and 11 service aces to lift Wentworth to a 3-0 non-league college volleyball victory over Massachusetts Maritime Tuesday evening at Tansey Gymnasium.

Freshman Marleni Tolentino (Hyde Park, Mass.) added eight kills in the triumph for the host Leopards (8-15), who won by game scores of 25-7, 25-5 and 25-13. Junior Courtney Zink (East Falmouth, Mass.) collected 19 set assists as well on the evening for Wentworth, who also received three kills from sophomore Sam Vinciguerra (Somersworth, N.H.).

Sophomore Victoria Presutti (Marshfield, Mass.) registered three kills and two digs in the setback for the visiting Buccaneers (0-17), who closed out their first varsity campaign in two seasons with the contest. Sophomore Liz Kenny (Quincy, Mass.) and freshman Samantha Foley (Forestdale, Mass.) added two kills each for Massachusetts Maritime, which received four set assists from sophomore Allison Condino (Fitchburg, Mass.).

Wentworth closes out its regular season on Saturday morning by heading to Springfield, Mass. to take on Western New England and Salve Regina in a Commonwealth Coast tri-match that begins at 11:00 a.m.
