FRAMINGHAM, Mass.-- Sophomore Ashley Trudeau (Rockland, Mass.) recorded 12 kills and six service aces to lead Framingham State to a 3-0 Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference volleyball victory over Massachusetts Maritime by game scores of 25-6, 25-6 and 25-4 in a league outing played Thursday evening at the Athletic & Recreation Center.

Sophomore Allison Appleman (Hyannis, Mass.) added 12 service aces for the host Rams (7-10, 1-1 MASCAC), who also received 16 assists from senior Heather Winders (Plymouth, Mass.).

Freshman Courtney Murray (Marshfield, Mass.) and Libby Buck (South Chatham, Mass.) each notched two kills in the setback for the visiting Buccaneers (0-9, 0-6 MASCAC), who also received two digs from freshman Samantha Foley (Forestdale, Mass.) and four assists from sophomore Allison Condino (Fitchburg, Mass.).

Massachusetts Maritime heads to Farmington, Maine on Friday evening to take on Thomas in a non-league match that begins at 7:00 p.m., while Framingham State hosts Lasell and Husson in a non-league tri-match on Saturday morning at the Athletic & Recreation Center beginning at 10:00 a.m.
