Women's Soccer Set To Tackle 16-Match Slate In Cabral's Sixth Season This Fall

The start of the 2016 Massachusetts Maritime women’s soccer season is right around the corner, as Head Coach Ray Cabral’s Buccaneers will embark on a 16-match regular season schedule that includes seven contests to be played in the friendly confines of Clean Harbors Stadium.

 

Cabral will kickoff his sixth season at the helm on Thursday, September 1st when Massachusetts Maritime heads to Leicester, Mass. to tangle with Becker in a non-league clash that begins at 4:00 p.m. EDT, as the Buccaneers open their home slate on Saturday, September 3rd by hosting Anna Maria for a 1:00 p.m. EDT start.  Cabral’s crew will also host Bay Path and Suffolk in non-conference play while also taking on Worcester State, Salem State, Framingham State and Westfield State in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference action.

 

Massachusetts Maritime’s road schedule features non-league tilts at Daniel Webster, SUNY-Maritime, Wheelock, Fisher and Pine Manor, and the Buccaneers will also travel for conference clashes at Bridgewater State, Fitchburg State and MCLA.
