Bio
Coach Wells is a 2000 graduate of Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. A three sport athlete, Wells played football football, indoor and outdoor track & field. He was selected to the All-Cape Track and Field Team four times for the shot put, and an Atlantic Coast League Honorable Mention in the Shot Put his senior year.
Coach Wells went on to play four years of football as a starting defensive end for Fitchburg State. He received his Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Fitchburg then attended Anna Maria College for his Masters in Emergency Management. While in college, Coach Wells went back to D-Y as a volunteer throwing coach and last year he was a football line coach for Nauset Regional High School. Coach Wells currently works with the Yarmouth Police Department as a seargent.
In track and field, Wells participated in the shot put, discus, javelin, and ran the 100 meter dash and 4x100 meter relay.
