Sunday's Softball Doubleheader With Newbury Postponed By Unplayable Field Conditions

Mother Nature has claimed another Buccaneer softball doubleheader, as Sunday's scheduled twinbill between Massachusetts Maritime and Newbury that was to have been played at Allison Rollins Field at Noon has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions caused by the weekend's frost.  The doubleheader has been re-scheduled for Wednesday, April 21st at 3:30 p.m. EDT. 

The Buccaneers return to action on Wednesday afternoon by heading to North Dartmouth, Mass. to take on UMass Dartmouth in a non-league doubleheader that begins at 3:30 p.m. EDT.  Massachusetts Maritime returns home on Friday afternoon to host Worcester State in a MASCAC twinbill at Allison Rollins Field beginning at 3:00 p.m. EDT (note time change).
