WORCESTER, Mass.-- Senior Paul Membrino's (Fitchburg, Mass.) goal in the 61st minute of play held up as the game-winner and lifted Worcester State to a 1-0 Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference men's soccer victory over Massachusetts Maritime Saturday afternoon at Coughlin Field.

Membrino converted a pass from freshman Andrew Babineau (Webster, Mass.) on the marker for the host Lancers (6-9-2, 3-3 MASCAC), and sophomore Evan Wilga (Dudley, Mass.) made that stand up in net for Worcester State, as he made three saves to pick up the shutout triumph in goal.
