Weekend Baseball Schedule Changed

Weekend Baseball Schedule Changed

Only Tuesday did we note that four sports suffered schedule alterations due to weather and, with another half a foot deposited on the campus of Massachusetts Maritime Academy on Wednesday, Buccaneers Baseball sees even more changes. The good news is that with sun forecast today and a break from relentless precipitation, baseball should see more regular action.

Due to host five games in the next three days, Mike Kelley's nine will instead hit the road for a Sunday doubleheader at Clark University, originally scheduled as a single home game. Yesterday's single contest against Emerson has been pushed back to April 8, while Maine-Farmington's Saturday twinbill has been postponed.

Wednesday's contest at UMass-Dartmouth will instead be played on April 2, but the Bucs (3-6) are finally scheduled to make their home debut on Tuesday, March 27, against Becker College (4-8) at 4 p.m. Add the date to diary and come out and cheer on the Blue-and-Gold.

Stay tuned to www.mmabucs.com and to our social media as we will update you regularly. Go Bucs!
